Installation Procedures for Inflatable Amusement Equipment

The operators of inflatable amusement equipment, especially for inflatable castles, slides, obstacle courses, and theme parks, care about how to install them very much. Following correct installation procedures, owners can maximize equipment performance, reduce maintenance costs, and create a good experience for kids and players.

1) Survey the site you plan to install upon and check if safe, flat and free of sharp objects.

2) Lay out ground tarp under the inflatable equipment to protect the bottom material.

3) Take out inflatable equipment from storage bag.

4) Place the equipment on the ground tarp. Please make sure each side of ground tarp stretching out of equipment.

5) Install ground stakes around perimeter of inflatable equipment.

6) Loosely tie ropes to ground stakes.

7) Connect blower to inlet tube, tied firmly with Velcro strap.

8) Close zipper flaps on rear of equipment to make sure it is closed and secure.

9) Connect blower to its power source. Each blower require a 20 amp service. Turn blower on and organize the equipment until inflated up.

10) Fix all anchor and ropes safely after the equipment is fully inflated.

11) Do a safety check of blowers, slide & climb cover, etc.
